Marie Andervin believes that knowledge about digitalization’s business opportunities in a fast-moving world must increase to ensure competitiveness and a sustainable world. Marie has a background as an entrepreneur and management consultant and is a well-known educator in digital transformation.
Joakim and Marie wrote Leading Digital Transformation to give digital transformation a holistic view that goes beyond tech and IT and that focuses on the leadership and the organisation. They also saw a huge need for guidance in what companies should focus on, thus came up with the question: What if we could develop a methodology that helps all companies, regardless of industry and size?
The book contains:
- A step-by-step methodology, developed in cooperation with 40 co-creators from research and business
- Eight case studies from the Nordic region
- Foreword by Brian Solis
- Interview with John Kotter
- Digital maturity test and knowledge base on the web
The book became the company DigJourney whose mission is to democratizing transformation thus impacting millions to a more positive and sustainable world.
The reception of the book has been overwhelming. It became an instant best seller in Scandinavia and there are now thousands of organizations using the methodology and tools. To almost daily being told how much the book has meant to people in their work with the massive task transforming their businesses has truly been amazing and so humbling.
