I am a Senior Consultant & SAFe Scrum Master with 22+ years of IT experience across various sectors including policing, housing, telecommunications, fulfilment and logistics, media, and investment banking. Skilled in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Waterfall, blending methodologies to drive flexibility, collaboration, and iterative value delivery. In my current role with MMCG Consultancy Services Ltd, I provide project and programme management to clients in the Housing and Policing sectors as well as supporting internal operations as QMS Lead and part of the Business Development team. Prior to this I have worked for a variety of organisations such as Culina Group, Everest 2020, Opious in the telecommunications space and Amazon supporting and delivering IT and Project Management services to Fulfilment and Logistics sites. What gets me up every day is the opportunity to support organisations as they navigate change, whether that’s a small internal shift or a large‑scale transformation. I’m energised by helping people and organisations move forward with clarity, confidence, and a sense of shared purpose, and I love being part of the journey that turns ideas into meaningful, lasting impact.
