Simon Tyler is one of the world’s leading business coaches, an entertaining professional speaker and an inspirational author who has worked with hundreds of business executives and their teams to deliver positive change.

Simon’s career began as management trainee with ICI working across divisions in a variety of jobs before becoming the youngest senior sales manager. Moves across the chemical industry, through international marketing, into a people development consultancy as director of client management all proceeded Simon’s current work.
