BINDAR DOSANJH is a multi-award-winning property investor, property mentor, trainer, international speaker and lawyer who inspires hundreds of women each year to get into property investing for passive income so they can control their financial destiny to enable them to create the freedom, choices and of course to claim their time back with her message “If I can do it, so can you”

From a strict traditional Indian family with very little money, she overcame many obstacles including racial abuse, school bullying, arranged marriage prejudices and six-figure financial losses to become financially free with a property portfolio worth several million pounds.

Since 2008 she has mentored countless people, mainly women, ranging from 18 to 63 years old on her strategies and processes and supporting and guiding them step by step to enable them to unleash their dreams. She also acts as a connector between those who have investment funds and those with property investing opportunities, providing a win-win situation.

Her award-winning networking group Female Property Alliance and online community supports women who are or want to have financial independence through the vehicle of property investing allowing them the regular opportunity to come together as a community, to collaborate, learn and be inspired by others.

Bindar lives her mission every day as a property investing mentor and property strategist by empowering, educating, enlightening and enabling other women to achieve what she has. As she says, “you don’t have to be passionate about property investing, but you do have to be passionate about your life!”

When we asked Bindar why she wrote the book she replied:-

The main aim in writing the book was to make property investing more accessible to the beginner by breaking it down small simple steps. The book contains my heart and soul, as I shared my story fully and openly for the first time, even some of my family were not aware of everything prior to reading their copy. For me, this was not only a cathartic but stood as a lesson for others to learn from, so they didn’t make the same mistakes.

For the reader, I share my all my cold hard lessons; the highs, lows, mistakes and risks. Then give them the path to rewards through my 20 years experience and real-life case studies from everyday people.

Since publication, I have been totally overwhelmed by the feedback I have received from far and wide, and from both women and men. I wanted my book to provided clarity, focus and direction, so hearing the feedback from people who have made monumental changes as a result of reading the book makes me so proud and somewhat emotional.
