Terri-Louise Brown is a mummy, DEI consultant, and the founder of Talks With MS, a registered charity providing a support network for people living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Diagnosed with Relapsing Remitting MS in 2016 after becoming paralyzed from the waist down, Terri turned her personal challenge into a mission to support others navigating the disease.
She is also the founder of The Empowerment Awards, the first awards dedicated to recognizing assistance dogs and individuals with additional needs within the disabled community. Passionate about disability advocacy, Terri has built a consultancy that partners with some of the world’s largest companies to educate them on accessibility, inclusive workplace strategies, and retaining disabled staff.
With over 15 years of experience in business operations, she is a highly analytical and data-driven professional who currently works in logistics at Sistas In Sales. Her expertise spans assessing business insights, optimizing processes, and creating scalable solutions to improve accessibility and diversity in the workplace.
Through her work, Terri continues to drive meaningful change, ensuring that disabled individuals are not only heard but also empowered in professional and social spaces.
