As an Indian food expert, my recipes and articles have featured in publications locally, nationally and internationally including Financial Times, The Telegraph, The Independent and various others. Forbes highlighted me me as a disrupter in the indian catering industry and titled me ‘The Curry Queen’. Another Forbes feature highlighted me  as one of the worlds foremost authorities in Indian Food. 

I recently presented BBC’s Inside Out programme which highlighted female chefs in the UK which was translated and featured on BBC World News in fourteen countries. 

In 2016, I took part in a Channel 4 Cookery show where I had the pleasure of working alongside Prue Leith CBE, Michael Caines MBE and Raymond Blanc. 

I love to inspire and motivate through public speaking opportunities at numerous events. I have been a keynote speaker for F:Entrepreneur at The House of Lords, The Chartered Management Institute, Athena Swan Conference, The Women in Business Expo, Global Entrepreneur Week at Bournemouth University and The Federation of Small Businesses. I am the official FSB Policy Leader for the Food Industry.
