Nora is a financial markets and investor relations professional with extensive experience in market and investor messaging. She is currently Director of Investor Relations at Lloyds Banking Group where she focuses on communicating the bank’s performance and strategy to the investor community.
Earlier in her career, Nora spent over a decade in American investment banking advising companies on their corporate strategies, M&A and capital markets transactions, and investor positioning. She has also worked in the start up sector, developing business strategies and navigating early-stage growth challenges.
A particular area of focus for Nora is environmental, social and governance issues, where she helps shape and articulate sustainability strategies in the context of value creation to all stakeholders.
Nora brings a keen eye for financial and business storytelling, with a passion for books that shape the future of business, leadership and sustainability.
