Lucy is an experience business transformation consultant who has worked across the UK and Southern Africa supporting businesses and public sector organisations with operational and strategic challenges. She is passionate about the role that business can play in creating a sustainable future for people and planet.
For the last five years Lucy has been working at the intersection of sustainability and business and currently supports investors navigate ESG and sustainability to manage risks and create value at Anthesis Group. Lucy thrives on building strong relationships with colleagues, as a people leader, and clients at all levels, always looking for opportunities to improve and learn. She is an advocate for gender equality and inclusivity in the workplace and leads Anthesis’ Womens Network. Lucy holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School, an MA in Educational Leadership from Warwick University and a BA(Hons) in PPE from Durham University.
