After a fast climb up the corporate career ladder in the energy industry, Lucy discovered her formula for creating high performing teams. She realised that people are able to achieve the unimaginable if they believe in themselves, and when the right people around them to help them thrive.

She wants leaders to create environments so that their people can thrive. She trained as a professional coach in 2013, gained a masters in Strategic Leadership and continues to invest in her own skills. She formed 3WH, a leadership and team development consultancy, in 2014. Her mission was to rid the world of terrible bosses and support leaders in becoming the leader they wish they had had. 3WH delivers coaching, leadership development programmes, masterminds, and access to her best thinking via the 3WH leadership portal. Her clients include global engineering companies, Private Equity, software communications and established organisations like the Chamber of Commerce. The company doesn’t matter. The belief in a people first approach does.

She regularly appears on BBC radio as a business and workplace expert. Author of LeaderX, she challenges the next generation to step up, take control and lead with impact. Her podcast LeaderX discusses the future of work and how to lead the narrative. When she isn’t leading leaders, she is a scout leader, inspiring the youngest generation to be the best that they can be.
