Currently working in a continuous improvement function as a commercial optimisation specialist for John Lewis. My role includes using my excellent project management skills to optimise and streamline processes for Commercial and the wider business. Extracurricular activities include organising D&I events across the commercial directorate as a diversity & inclusion representative.
