Gosia follows her own advice on embracing change and describes herself as a career nonconformist. Her Change Management practice is based on her interest in psychology, an appreciation of human behaviour in times of instability and using that to create organised and accepted strategic operational corporate change. She applies this knowledge when helping individuals and companies transition to the new and unknown. This led her to work with many global corporate clients, SMEs and startups. 

Gosia’s business interests include establishing a parcel delivery startup, establishing medical services company and consultancy with small and micro-enterprises. She leads the London Chapter of the Change Management Institute (CMI) and is involved in its work globally. She promotes best practice through her own platform Accelerate Change.
