Faheem Khan is an award-winning social entrepreneur, speaker, and national leader in social mobility and inclusive leadership. He is the Founder and CEO of Future Leaders UK, a multi award winning organisation that supports almost 20,000 young people each year to access education, apprenticeships, and meaningful careers.
With more than 18 years of experience in education and leadership, including serving as a Deputy Headteacher in East London, Faheem has built a reputation for bridging the gap between education, business, and government. His work focuses on dismantling systemic barriers and creating practical, scalable pathways for young people from underrepresented backgrounds to succeed.
Under his leadership, Future Leaders UK has grown into a national movement, partnering with leading employers, universities, and public sector organisations to deliver high impact programmes across the country. The organisation has received national recognition, including the British Diversity Award, the UK Parliament Award, and the MJ Award for Transforming Lives.
Faheem brings a practitioner’s perspective to leadership, grounded in lived experience and a deep understanding of what drives meaningful change. His work has consistently centred on turning ideas into action, whether through programme design, strategic partnerships, or thought leadership.
