Dr. Elinor Vettraino is Programme Director and Head Coach of the Business Enterprise Development portfolio at Aston University, Birmingham, (UK). She also leads the Aston Business Clinic. She is Founder and Director of Active Imagining, an organisational development and leadership consultancy. She is also a Director of Akatemia UK through which she runs training for academics, consultants and practitioners who are developing a programme of learning based on the principles of the Team Academy model of entrepreneurship education. Elinor is a Chartered Manager of CMI and a Principal Fellow of Advance HE.  She has published books on applied theatre, reflective practice and the Team Academy model of entrepreneurship education.  She is currently working on a text relating to interdisciplinary and multi-disciplinary business education, and her focus is on arts-based methods to teach executive education.
