Deborah is a leadership development consultant, speaker and author of ‘Your Leadership Story’. She helps leaders share their message using their life experience to influence and inspire.

Her work draws on over 20 years in clinical and business psychology, neurolinguistics, hypnotherapy as well as her love of the arts; improv, drama and storytelling along with various adventures sailing across the worlds oceans and swimming in various lakes and seas.

Deborah is a speaker, author and seminar leader specialising in the power of authentic presence, personal brand identity and storytelling. She works with senior executives from Accenture, Microsoft and Amex to the Royal Society and the MOD – all currently from the comfort of her home in Putney in London – to create and share their own empowering personal narratives, engage their audiences and cultivate cultures in which everyone can shine. Her book ‘Your Leadership Story: use your life experience to influence and inspire’ – was a finalist in the 2019 Business Book Awards.
