Known for her strategic insight and authentic leadership, she combines deep HR expertise with a passion for equity to help organisations unlock the full potential of diverse talent and build workplaces where every voice is valued.
As the Founder of Onyx People Services, Ramona leads a consultancy dedicated to embedding purposeful DEI strategies and inclusive cultures into the fabric of organisational life. Onyx works collaboratively with leaders and teams to deliver bespoke DEI strategy development, inclusive leadership training, culture transformation support, and tailored HR coaching that reflects each organisation’s unique goals and challenges.
Ramona’s sector leadership extends far beyond consultancy. She has served as a judge for prestigious awards including the Ethnicity Awards, Employee Network Awards, European Diversity Awards, and National Diversity Awards. In addition, she is the Co-Founder of Sista’s Inc., a community empowering women of colour through connection, development, and advocacy. and through this, is a World Afro Day ambassador.
Before founding Onyx, Ramona served as DEI Change Manager, where she led inclusion strategy and employee experience initiatives, equipping leaders to create environments where diversity thrives. Her work has been recognised with awards such as Facilities & Supply Chain Employee of the Year (Black Talent Awards) and Top 10 UK Network Group (Ethnicity Awards).
Guided by her purpose to transform workplaces, Ramona continues to equip organisations, leaders, and the next generation of talent to embed equity, lead with courage, and create cultures where every voice is valued.
