Alexander Trusty is a Global Talent & Inclusion Specialist at Moody’s, where he plays a pivotal role connecting Talent Attraction and Inclusion. Alexander’s work focuses on shaping inclusive, people centered hiring strategies that help attract exceptional and diverse talent across all of Moody’s business groups.
Alexander is instrumental in designing and delivering innovative employer branding initiatives that bring Moody’s culture, values, and career opportunities to life through authentic storytelling. He leads the Amplify Employer Brand program, empowering employees to share their real experiences through social content, “Day in the Life” features, career advice sessions, and community focused campaigns—strengthening both personal and employer branding in the process.
Beyond recruitment, Alexander works closely with Moody’s Business Resource Groups and Inclusion partners to help foster a workplace where everyone feels supported, represented, and able to thrive. His collaboration across teams and communities supports broader inclusion initiatives, partnerships, and events that promote access, equity, and belonging.
