Sheryl Miller is a Chartered Accountant by background. She provides Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) training, consultancy and C-suite coaching to businesses who are looking for fresh perspectives on how to create the right environments for high performing teams. She also holds a number of Independent Boar roles for purpose-led organisations. In 2018 she wrote the book, ‘Smashing Stereotypes: How To Get Ahead When You’re The Only _____ In The Room’. This led to extensive research into the behavioural science of performance in the workplace for people from different backgrounds. Sheryl is an avid reader and passionate about the power of books to create change. Her legendary book clubs, which have been attended by several well-known authors including Nikesh Shukla (The Good Immigrant), Francesca Martinez (What The F*** Is Normal?) and Angela Saini (Inferior, Superior, The Patriarchs) have inspired many companies to start their own book club conversations. Sheryl’s writing and comments have been featured in numerous publications including the Financial Times, CEO Today magazine, Huffpost, Raconteur, Diversity Q, The People Space, London News, Forbes, HR Zone, The HR World and Business Insider.
